The Trinity Pub

The Trinity Pub was named “Best Cocktail Bar in Spain” in 2011 by the magazine of London’s s prestigious department store Harrods, in recognition of the great professionalism of its bartenders.

The Trinity is a bar in true Victorian style located on the ground floor of the Hotel Inglaterra and is one of the most popular spots not only in Seville but also in the whole of Spain. The Trinity Pub has become one of the city’s most lively nightspots. Apart from regular customers, The Trinity also serves many of the hotel’s guests, who see it as a great meeting place for a coffee or nightcap after a visit to the city.

The bar offers a wide variety of coffees, teas, beers and spirits and artisan pastries baked in our own ovens, as well as a menu to cater for all palates. But surely the icing on the cake are its cocktails, served by our expert and award-winning bartenders, Cocktail Champions of Spain for two years running. Their cocktails have delighted all those fortunate to taste them.

Our award-winning cocktails:
Manuel Cuenca's specialty is a dry cocktail called “Manilva”, named after the mixture of ingredients he used to win First Prize at the 19th National Cocktail Championship: “To make a good cocktail, it’s important to ensure the flavour of the liqueurs do not stand out.”
Juan Antonio Rodriguez prefers the long-glass cocktail and is proud of the great success he has achieved with his “Trinity 2002” cocktail, with which he won the Spanish Championship: “After working for more than 30 years as a bartender, this prize has been like an acknowledgement of my entire career.” Not for nothing, he promoted cocktails at the Hotel Inglaterra and has, to some extent, trained the other bartenders who have worked at the hotel’s bar: “I love making cocktails, for me it’s the most beautiful profession in the world”.
