On one side you will find a little treasure, the Chapel of San Onofre, which is the only chapel that is open 24 h a day in the city. The square is also used to stage different events, such as the Book Fair or different markets (e.g. the Handicrafts Market). Trams also leave from this square to places such as near the Old Tobacco Factory, now home to the University, or the San Telmo Palace.

Nearby, you can visit the Cathedral with the Giralda Tower, the General Archive of the Indies and the Alcázar Palace (all three declared World Heritage by UNESCO), the Santa Cruz, Arenal, Museo, Alfalfa, Alameda or Prado districts, the Alcázar, Murillo or Maria Luisa gardens, beautiful squares such as Plaza de España, Plaza de San Francisco, Plaza del Museo or Plaza del Duque, palaces like San Telmo and Casa Pilates and a long etcetera. A troll through the Centre of Seville, where the Hotel Inglaterra is located, is a delightful experience thanks to the city’s predominantly low-rise architecture, many historic buildings and narrow connecting streets that form a giant labyrinth.
