"La Galería" Restaurant

The “La Galería” Restaurant, located on the restaurant floor of the Hotel Inglaterra, is famous for its magnificent cuisine, elegant decor and spectacular views of Plaza Nueva and Seville’s Town Hall.

The exquisite decoration of the main dining room and the displays containing different objects and antiques make it truly artistic place. The dining room is the centrepiece of this cosy restaurant. It has nine large tables placed in front of large windows offering magnificent views. In addition, we have opted for a more personalised service to allow our head waiters to become familiar with the tastes of each guest. In this way, our guests become regular customers and will always find their favourite dishes at La Galería.

Our Chef Manuel Vega always uses top-quality products to prepare traditional Mediterranean cuisine in strong Andalusian style, particularly meat and fish dishes. The menu changes every season (spring-summer and autumn-winter) to include seasonal products. The culinary delights of other regions are also embraced and regular Gastronomic Days are organised at the restaurant to offer the best of national and international cuisine.
